GKK/GKKH Flail Mower/Shredder

The GKK/GKKH Flail Mower/Shredder has an adjustable offset that can be set manually or hydraulically with the optional hydraulic cylinder. for working on grass, leaves, vine , brush, pruning’s and Branches.

The GKK model is a versatile machine, suitable for mowing grass and above all shredding/mulching twigs and pruning residue. Thanks to the robust structure and oversize rear roller this mower quickly cuts up to 3” material. The machines offset can be moved sideways with a mechanical or hydraulic system (optional).

The robust structure of the GKK is suitable for commercial / professional use. Maximum application versatility on any type of residue, from open fields to orchards. Rear bonnet can be opened for maintenance purposes or to allow you to quickly cut materials that you do not need to finely chop. Allowing the mower to expel the cutting out the rear of the bonnet. This option should only be used in areas where there is not risk having material throw out the rear of the mower deck.

DW50 MOBILE Wood Chipper

DW50 MOBILE is a Wood Chipper with a powerful 23.5HP engine for fast and professional wood processing up to 6”/15 cm in diameter.

Our DW50 Mobile is a powerful Wood Chipper Shredder for use when you don’t have tractors, ATV Quad or other utility vehicles. This unit allows you to drive 80 km after battery fully recharged. The total width of the machine is only 86 cm/ 34”, it allows you to drive through doorway easily.You can chip whenever and where ever you want with the push of a button.

Thanks to the electric self- drive and two-wheel drive feature, it allows you to comfortably drive the shredder around on your property. DW50 MOBILE equips with a hydraulic brake to allow a safe control of self-driving mechanism.

The chipping drum mechanism is designed with a heavy roller with 4 large knives. These knives pull the wood powerfully into the shredder and cut the material reliably against the counter knife.

Depending on the type of material you process, how hard, wet or dry, it handles most types up to 6” in diameter efficiently, again depending on the material, up to 3~5 m3/Hr.

The service friendly design of our DW50 Mobile wood chipper provides for easy maintenance. The knives are easily accessible and can be re-sharpen. Both the input and discharge funnels can be folded for access or storage.

What is AGF MOWERS?

AGF verge flail muchers are super heavy duty mowers designed for Cat-II tractors. They feature very heavy 43 ounce cutting blades that can chop heavy brush including grasses, debris, sticks, vines, branches and other wooded materials up to 4” in Diameter.

Highlight

The mower head is attached to a hydraulic arm allowing you to swing the mulcher beyond your tractors wheels. The head may be pivoted hydraulically up 90 degrees for hedge or hill side work or down 55 degrees for ditch or bank work. Connect it to our optional 4-way hydraulic control valve with a hydraulic float and the mulcher will follow the contours of the terrain.
